Take care of yourself, and focus on the here and now. Being in the moment can do so much to alleviate stress and anxiety.
Life is moving very fast for many of us, so we may be feeling more unsettled than we’d like. This is where self-care and solitude can help us refresh and rejuvenate.

To unwind, make sure you listen to what your mind, body, and spirit are telling you. Find time to:
- Relax
- Rest
- Meditate
- Play
- Be out in nature
- Stretch
- Listen
Do what makes your soul happy. Protect your boundaries…fearlessly.

4 June – Monday, Aeracura (Blossoming) Your coming into your own, learning to accept your value – yes, you are much needed, wanted, and cherished. Surround yourself with nature, tend your garden, and watch your life blossom and grow alongside it.
5 June – Tuesday, Sarasvati (The Arts) “The earth has music for those who listen.” (Santayana) Let the music of inspiration flow through you today. It is the perfect day for creating something new that could be life-changing. Allow the music to guide you.
6 June – Wednesday, Ostara (Fertility) Yesterday’s creativity has given birth to a new idea or project that has the potential to completely transform your life. Embrace this opportunity, and give it life. You will be amazed at where it takes you!
7 June – Thursday, Kuan Yin (Compassion) Stop being so hard on yourself! You deserve just as much compassion as you give to others. We tend to be our own worst critics, which isn’t always productive. Be encouraging, instead, and see the difference it can make.
8 June – Friday, Oonagh (Easy Does It) “Success is not a destination, it’s a journey.” (Zig Ziglar) Maybe you’re not meant to see the finish line because that’s not where you need to focus. Pay attention to the path directly ahead. Enjoy the journey.
9 June – Saturday, Bast (Independent) Balance work and play, because each is just as important. Get enough rest, stretch regularly, and allow yourself to be pampered. Bask in the affection of others, and enjoy solitude as needed. Be fierce – and fearless.
