Hi! I’m Lizbeth Russell, M.Ed, HHP, RMT. I am an Intuitive Holistic Wellness Mentor, Herbalist, Kundalini Reiki Master-Teacher, Tarot Expert, and Author. I received my Holistic Health Practitioner diploma (High Honors) through the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, Oregon, as well as certificates for Natural Products Manufacturing and Herbal Retail Management. Locally I teach about herbs, their preparation and uses, as well as grow many of my own herbs to use in the all-natural products I create.
My products are all wheat & gluten free, from organic ingredients (where possible). My favorite creations are my salves and flower essences.
