This week we get personal. This means there will be a lot of looking inward and embracing our shadow side. This may not be as challenging as you worry it might be.

 

To help clear the path for your inner work:

  • Take one action step every day.
  • Be willing to accept help when given.
  • Do some physical and spiritual de-cluttering.
  • Refresh your perspective.
  • Practice random acts of kindness.
  • Celebrate simple joy.
  • Play hooky with your inner child.

 

 

 

 

Remember that you are human, and perfection is not required for you to receive blessings and to have a miraculous life. Embrace what life brings.

Expect miracles, and you will see them happen.

26 May – Sunday, Taking Action     The most important time to do something is when you are feeling frozen. Once you take one step, it is often easier to take the next. What step can you take today? What one thing will move you closer to your dream?

27 May – Monday, Emerging into Grace     Accepting help may be one of your challenges. To refuse grace, is to be unwilling to see your potential. We are all innately worthy of receiving good things. Yes, every one of us deserves to receive blessings. Allow them to flow to you, and share your grace with others.

28 May – Tuesday, Sharing of Yourself     Create room for new blessings in your life. Just like we clear the clutter from our homes, it’s time to clear space in your energy, heart, spirit. Share generously with others when and where you can. This will open you up to receive more.

29 May – Wednesday, Starting Fresh     A surprise is in store for you. Something that will help you see life through fresh eyes and renew your sense of purpose. This may be a chance meeting, a gift, or even a call or email. Allow your heart to fill, and see what happens.

30 May – Thursday, Making a Difference     Change will happen through small acts of kindness, added up. If we can each make a small difference, it then ripples out into the world. Through those ripples of positive action, we will eventually create a tsunami of positive change. What random act of kindness will you do today?

31 May – Friday, Savoring Pleasure     Find that silver lining today. Breathe into it and remember that if we celebrate each sliver of happiness and joy, we can grow our bliss into a life we love. Embrace and be present in every moment, savoring the contentment that balance brings.

1 June – Saturday, Following Your Bliss     Tune in to your inner child today and find time to dance, sing, and play. We all need to unwind once from the turmoil in our lives, and today is the perfect day to do that. Being near water, especially, will help.
